University of Phoenix Withdrawal Policy

The University of Phoenix has a withdrawal policy that allows students to withdraw from their classes without having to pay any tuition. The school also offers a refund policy for those who do not want to continue with the program.

The school’s withdrawal policy was designed to allow students who are not ready for college-level courses a way out of their enrollment without facing any financial penalties. The policy does not apply to continuing students or those who have already started taking classes.

Under this policy, students have up until the last day of the semester to notify the school that they would like to withdraw from their classes. After this date, students will be charged up to 50% of their tuition depending on when they notify the school about their intention to leave. Students are also required to submit an official withdrawal form before they can be officially withdrawn from class.

Students who wish to request a refund must do so within 30 days after they have been officially withdrawn by submitting an official request through the university’s website or by calling 866-722-7467 (Toll Free). Students should include their student ID number and reason why they want a refund in their request. The refund request will then be reviewed by Student Financial Services and processed within 10 business days

The University of Phoenix has a comprehensive policy for withdrawals and refunds. In some cases, the university will allow you to cancel your enrollment without penalty. In other cases, however, you’ll be required to pay fees if you want to leave your classes early.

The University of Phoenix Withdrawal Policy

Arizona Summit Law School’s policy on refunds and withdrawals is similar to that of many other institutions. The school allows students who have registered and paid in full to withdraw from their courses with no penalties up until the first day of class. If you do withdraw after that date, however, you may be required to pay fees based on how much time has passed since registration.

Like most universities and colleges, Arizona Summit Law School requires students who withdraw after the first week of classes but before the second week to pay a $100 withdrawal fee. If you withdraw after the second week but before the third week, there is no refund due because this would mean that you’ve received more than half of your tuition back (minus books). After the third week (or after 10% of classes are over), your tuition will be refunded in full if you decide to drop out completely

To ensure that students have the opportunity to complete their studies in a timely manner, we have developed the following policy:

A student may withdraw from a class within the first two weeks of the term without incurring any financial obligation. Students will be refunded registration fees, less administrative fees.

After two weeks into a term, but before eight weeks into a term, a student may withdraw from a class and receive a 100% refund of all tuition and fees paid for that class, except for administrative fees paid by the school (see below). This refund will not apply if you withdrew from multiple classes within this timeframe or if your withdrawal was due to misconduct or academic dishonesty on your part.

After eight weeks into a term, but before twelve weeks into an academic year, you may withdraw from one class and receive 100% refund of tuition and fees paid for that class except for administrative fees paid by the school (see below). This refund will not apply if you withdrew
