For the Summer 2021 Semester, only students enrolled in a course taking place on the Prince George campus will be automatically assessed the Intramural Recreation and Fitness Fee.

Registered students, who have not been assessed the fee but would like to access the Northern Sport Centre (NSC) facility and fitness services, may proceed to the NSC front desk to sign up and pay $61.70 (plus tax) for a UNBC Student Fitness pass.  Please note a $10 (including tax), non-refundable access key fee applies.***

The obligation to pay fees for a course or program is incurred upon registration and all fees are due and payable the first day of the semester (please refer to the UNBC Calendar for all important dates). Late registration and any additional fees owing as a result of changes in a student’s registration and/or other student activities are due on the day the charges are incurred unless otherwise indicated.

It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that their account balance is in good standing at all times. All financial information is readily available on the web or by contacting the Accounts Receivable Office at 250-960-6390 or the Cashier’s Office at 250-960-5631 during regular business hours.

Students can contact the Accounts Receivable office in the Finance department personally, email [email protected] or call 250-960-6390.

Students who have their registration cancelled for failing to pay their fees by the due date, or who withdraw or otherwise leave the University, remain liable for unpaid accounts.
