Students who are not from California can apply for out-of-state status to receive a reduced tuition rate. To be eligible, students must have graduated from high school in a state other than California or attended high school in another state for at least three years prior to graduation. International students must apply as out-of-state applicants regardless of how long they have lived in the United States.
Uc Davis accepts out-of-state applications through rolling admission during the fall, spring and summer semesters. Applications are due on November 1 for fall admission and March 1 for spring admission with an April 30 deadline for summer term admission.
