- Frank Phillips College, Borger: The school has a graduation rate of 18 percent and a student loan default rate of 46 percent. It also failed to meet standards for financial resources and program integrity measures.
- Southwest University of Visual Arts, San Antonio: SWUVA has a graduation rate of 16 percent and a student loan default rate of 36 percent. It also failed to meet standards for financial resources and program integrity measures.
- Langston University-North Harris Campus, Houston: The school has a graduation rate of 17 percent, a student loan default rate of 38 percent and failed to meet standards for financial resources, program integrity measures and administrative capability measures (i.e., having qualified administrators).
