Radboud University is a public university that focuses on research, academic education, and professional education. Radboud University Nijmegen is a member of the League of European Research Universities, the Coimbra Group, and the European University Association.

Radboud University consists of eight faculties and more than 50 departments. These include social sciences, law, political sciences, medical sciences, natural sciences, psychology, philosophy and theology. All bachelor’s programmes are offered exclusively at both locations Nijmegen/Arnhem and are taught in English.
