Police Entry Level Jobs are available in a variety of fields, including law enforcement, cyber security and criminal justice. These jobs require applicants to have a high school diploma or GED, as well as a clean record. Police Entry Level Jobs include working as a police officer in the United States or abroad.

Police Officer – A police officer is responsible for patrolling an area and responding to calls from people in need of assistance. If someone is breaking the law, they may also be required to arrest that person and take them into custody until they can be taken to jail. Police officers must be able to work well with others, as well as handle stressful situations such as domestic violence calls or emergency situations where lives are at stake.

Criminal Investigator – A criminal investigator works for one of four different branches of government: federal, state/local government agencies or private companies that contract with these organizations on investigations related to criminal activities within their jurisdiction (state). They may also work for an insurance company investigating claims made by policyholders who allege fraud by another party involved in litigation over money matters involving damages awarded through arbitration rulings rendered by judges presiding over cases brought before them by plaintiffs seeking redress from wrongdoing against them by defendants who have been found liable for damages suffered by plaintiffs
