Through the didactic courses in your first year, you will be educated on anatomy, pharmacology, basic medical sciences, multicultural competencies, clinical medicine, evidence-based, clinical ethics, preventive medicine & health promotion, and skills in primary care pediatrics, women’s health, and mental health. The second-year mainly comprises clinical rotations in several specialties and sub-specialties. In addition to the rotations, the clinical year requires you to complete professional courses and a capstone project.

Admission Requirements: To start with, this program requires you to have a bachelor’s degree in any major with a minimum GPA of 3.0. Also, the college requires you to complete pre-requisite courses in science and general education. Furthermore, it is required of you to complete at least 2000 hours of direct patient-care experience.
