The PhD in Procurement and Supply Chain Management program is offered by the Faculty of Administrative Studies at York University. The PhD in ProCURE is a full-time, research-intensive program for students with a strong interest in supply chain management. The objectives of the program are to provide high quality education to students with an interest in academic research and professional development, as well as to prepare them for successful careers in academia or industry.
The program offers the opportunity for students to pursue their studies while working full time, or part time if they are currently employed. All courses are taught by leading researchers from across Canada who have extensive experience in teaching doctoral level courses.
The ProCURE PhD program consists of four core areas: organizational dynamics; strategy; operations management; and knowledge management. In addition, students can choose electives from other faculties at York University including: accounting; business economics; communication studies; economics; industrial relations & human resource management; international business; international law & governance of global enterprise; linguistics; psychology & sociology.
