The master’s programme in occupational health and safety is a two-year programme that gives you the possibility to study a broad range of topics. The master’s degree will give you a solid basis for working in the field of occupational health and safety, including research and development. You will also be able to contribute to the development of new occupational health methods, knowledge and skills.

PhD in Occupational Health and Safety

The PhD programme in Occupational Health and Safety is a 4-year research education, where the student is supported by a supervisor and two co-supervisors. The programme is offered at the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Oslo. The PhD degree can be awarded with either a thesis or a project report.
