What are the qualifications for entry-level pharmacovigilance jobs?
There are several requirements for entry-level pharma jobs in general, but when it comes specifically to pharmacovigilance positions, the qualifications can vary depending on what type of company you’re applying with. Most companies require at least a bachelor’s degree in biology or chemistry with coursework in pharmacology and toxicology (or other life sciences). Some may also require experience working in an analytical lab or medical research environment. You’ll need excellent written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills—you’ll be working closely with teams across various departments within your organization so being able to communicate clearly and effectively is key!
