Are you looking for an entry-level accounting position? We’re looking to hire and train a part-time bookkeeper.
We’re a small company that’s growing—we work with startups and small businesses to help them get off the ground and keep their books in order. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable with Excel, QuickBooks, and other standard accounting software programs.
This job will require you to be available from 2pm-6pm Monday through Friday. You’ll provide us with any data we need in a timely manner, take care of basic bookkeeping tasks like entering receipts into QuickBooks, sending monthly reports to clients, reconciling accounts payable/receivable balances, etc., and assist with tax preparation work when necessary.
We’re looking for someone who is willing to commit to working at least 20 hours per week for at least 6 months. The position is paid hourly at $12 per hour, with benefits after 90 days (health insurance coverage).
