The International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) is a pre-university curriculum offered by the International Baccalaureate (IB) organization, a non-profit educational foundation headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland.
The IBDP prepares students for demanding university curricula worldwide and for life beyond graduation. Students study six subjects at higher level and three at standard level, each of which is completed with an end-of-year written assignment.

The Parsons School of Design is a private art and design college located in New York City. It was founded in 1896 by the sisters Elizabeth and Harriet Parsons, who were graduates of the Pratt Institute. The school offers both undergraduate and graduate degrees; there are a number of specific requirements that must be met for admission.
The admissions process at Parsons is competitive, with an acceptance rate between 15% and 30%. Students can apply for regular admission or early decision. Early decision students are required to choose a major before submitting their application.
Parsons accepts applications from all over the world, but applicants must have completed at least one year of high school in order to be eligible for admission. Students must demonstrate proficiency in English as well as math through either SAT or ACT scores or high school grades (based on a 4.0 scale). SAT test results are required for international students and those who received their secondary education outside the United States; domestic students do not need to submit these results unless they wish to pursue financial aid.
Applicants should also have at least one year of experience studying fine arts or design-related courses while attending secondary school; however, this requirement may be waived if applicants can show prior work experience in this field
