Nus Veterinary Medicine Entry Requirements
The University of Pretoria’s Faculty of Veterinary Science is one of the most reputable veterinary schools in South Africa and also attracts students from other countries in the region.
The Bachelor of Veterinary Science degree is a four-year undergraduate qualification. The first year is spent on general studies and the remaining three years are dedicated to veterinary studies.
The following are some of the requirements for admission into Nus Veterinary Medicine:
A minimum academic performance of 60% for each subject passed at Matriculation level (or equivalent). A distinction in at least one subject, which will be considered for admission purposes.

NUS Veterinary Medicine Entry Requirements
The NUS Veterinary Medicine undergraduate course is a 6-year programme leading to the award of a Bachelor’s Degree.
Applicants must meet the minimum entry requirements based on their academic performance in the GCE ‘O’ Level Examination and their GCE ‘A’ Level Examination results if applicable. The minimum GCE ‘O’ Level requirement is 5 passes with 2 Principal level passes in Mathematics and English Language. In addition, 5 credits from the relevant subjects such as Biology (B2), Chemistry (C2), Physics (P2) and English Literature or Second Language are required.
For A level students, a pass in the relevant subject is required for admission into the undergraduate course.
