MS in USA with 3 year Degree from India

B.E. (Bachelor of Engineering) is not a 3 year degree in India.

Most universities and colleges don’t accept 3 year degree in U.S.A. You need 4 years  of post secondary education degree (12 years of school + 4 years of college) to be considered for admission.
