Job Description
-To be a QA Tester, you need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment, where you will be working with a team of developers and designers to ensure that the product is performing as expected.
You should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Because you will be working closely with other members of the team, it is important that you are able to communicate effectively and clearly.
You must also be highly analytical, as you will be required to investigate and resolve issues with the product during testing. You should have an eye for detail and will need to pay attention to small details in order for this role to be successful.
This role will require a lot of time spent using computers because the main focus of this job is testing software applications before they go live. Applicants must have at least 3 years experience working as an IT professional or tester within a testing environment.

What Are the Qualifications to Get a QA Tester Internship?
The primary qualifications for getting a QA tester internship are enrollment as a student at an accredited college or university and the ability to meet the minimum requirements for the internship. This varies by company, so you need to talk with your school or write directly to a company to get the full list of requirements. Many companies ask for things like certain GPAs or enrollment in specific programs at the school. If the company takes recommendations, be sure to ask your school what you can do to earn their recommendation. Fulfilling the duties and responsibilities of a QA tester intern requires communication skills, attention to detail, and some familiarity with the type of products or software that the company tests.
