We are looking for an HR intern to join our team in Quezon City. This is a paid internship, and you will be given an allowance of Php1,000 per week.
This is a great way to build up your resume and gain experience in the field of human resources. You will be working directly with the HR department and helping them with various tasks. You will also have the opportunity to learn about different aspects of HR, such as recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration and training & development. Our office is located at EDSA corner Timog Avenue in Quezon City. We are looking for someone who has completed at least one year at university or college level (2nd year or above) and has completed at least 2 years of high school education. They must have excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken). They must also be able to work independently without supervision (self-starter).
We are looking for a smart and hardworking individual to join our company as an intern.
You will be tasked with the following:
-Analyzing data related to customer satisfaction and service delivery
-Researching new ways to improve our customer experience, including developing new processes and procedures
-Creating presentations, reports, and other documentation to share with management
