To become a state national, you must first be a citizen of the country in which you reside. If you are not a citizen of the country in which you reside, then you cannot become a State National.
If you are currently a citizen and have lived in your current country for at least five years, then there are several steps that must be taken before becoming a State National. First, contact your local government office to see if they can help you with the process. This can be done online or by visiting the office in person. The next step is to fill out an application form which will require documents proving your citizenship and residency status as well as personal information such as name, address, phone number etcetera. Once this has been completed it should be returned to your local government office along with any other required documentation such as birth certificates or marriage licenses etcetera so that they can begin processing your request immediately after receiving all necessary documentation needed for processing purposes only!
How To Become A State National
An American State National is either: (1) naturally born on the land and soil of an American State such as Wisconsin, or (2) after being naturalized as a United States Citizen, is a foreign-born man or woman who voluntarily accepts and publishes their adoption of a specific American State as their permanent home and domicile. A State National is not acting as a citizen of any government and owes no obligations to government beyond keeping the peace and reporting crimes.
As a completely unincorporated Person, a State National is sovereign and private and generally immune from prosecution until and unless they take some action that causes actual physical harm to someone else or someone else’s property, whereupon they are subject to the Common Law of the County and State where they live or where the alleged crime is committed.
A State National can be arrested for cause by peacekeeping officials but is not generally subject to private courts or to arrest by private law enforcement officers.
By definition, a State National is a civilian and an Internationally Protected Person and is owed The Law of Peace.
A State National may be elected to Public Office, whereupon they become subject to their Affirmation of Office.
State Nationals are the “people” of each State and populate the National Soil Jurisdiction.

Recording Secretary Services &
Personalized Professional Paperwork
Status Select Professional Services was created after listening to many new American State Nationals share with us their experiences in correcting their status. The learning curve is huge when becoming a State National and at times confusing trying to get all the documents correctly filled out and submitted.
A United State Citizen can prepare all their own paperwork and submit it to the proper agencies for free, however, our inexpensive services will help move the process along in an efficient and streamlined way.
My own personal experience in preparing my documents was nerve-racking! It took me at least three weeks to look over and understand what I was about to do, another two days to fill out and proof read all the documents… as well as all the second-guessing and freakout moments I experienced.
After my documents were recorded, they needed to go to the correct governmental agencies and I made very costly financial mistakes sending my documents to the wrong office, only to have them returned to me. It’s isn’t cheap to send your important documents via Registered Mail with a returned receipt request as well.
Prior to completing my paperwork, I spent many hours trying to get into contact with the right coordinators and recording secretaries. Every time I had a question answered by a kind and extremely patient State National, I ended up with three more questions!
The Assembly members of New Mexico helped me correct my status, but not before I had a thousand and one questions answered.
It is a daunting task and undertaking to correct your political status and become an American State National, and yet, so simple!
My mission and goal:
- To assist you in correcting your status
- To provide easy to follow directions and connect you to your State Coordinator and Recording Secretary
- To help shoulder the burden State Coordinators and Recording Secretaries have by assisting newcomers first
