Sales Associate
Florida applicants for a real estate license must complete 63 hours of pre-licensing education. Applicants must be 18 years old, have a valid Social Security number and pass the state exam. Additionally, all applicants are required to submit fingerprints as part of a background check. Once these requirements are met, individuals can apply for a real estate sales associate license.1
