Compensation Analyst I San Diego CA Job Description The Compensation Analyst reports to the HR Business Partner and is responsible for providing consulting expertise, support and guidance in matters of compensation analysis, administration, reporting and planning. This role leads all aspects of the overall compensation program and develops salary planning, compensation analysis and benchmarking systems that result in equitable compensations for all programs including sales compensation, team building programs, performance plans for executives and supervisors and also provides expertise in administering an annual incentive plan .
