Fashion entry-level jobs are a great way to get your foot in the door, or even start your fashion career. If you want to work in retail, there are many options for fashion entry-level jobs, including:
Sales Associate: The most common entry-level job for those entering the fashion industry is as a sales associate. Sales associates can work directly with customers and help them find what they’re looking for. They also have to be knowledgeable about the store’s merchandise, so be prepared to study up!
Customer Service Representative (CSR): CSRs are another common entry-level position in retail. CSRs answer phone calls from customers and help them with their orders or questions about products. It’s not as hands-on as being a sales associate, but it will give you valuable experience interacting with customers face-to-face over the phone or through email correspondence.
Retail Stock Associate: If you want something more hands on than CSR but don’t want to deal directly with customers, try being a retail stock associate! Stock associates restock shelves with new shipments and keep everything organized so that when customers come into stores they’ll know exactly where everything is located
