Tesla is a global company that designs, manufactures, and sells electric cars and energy storage systems. The company was founded in 2003 by Elon Musk, who later became Tesla’s Chief Executive Officer. Tesla offers several job opportunities for entry-level candidates.
The Tesla Model 3 is the company’s latest vehicle and was designed to be affordable for a wide range of customers. As part of the production process, a number of entry-level jobs are available at Tesla. These include:
• Material handler: The material handler is responsible for moving parts between departments in the assembly line. They must be able to lift heavy objects, which may include batteries weighing up to 70 pounds. Material handlers are expected to work at least 40 hours per week on shifts that may include weekends and holidays.
• General assembly worker: These workers assemble parts into manufactured units using manual or automated equipment such as robots or conveyor belts. They may also perform quality control checks while on shift by visually inspecting parts before they are installed onto vehicles or battery packs by using tools such as microscopes or magnifying glasses so they can see tiny defects like scratches or dents in metal surfaces
