The Claims Representative will be responsible for processing claims from our customers based on their policies. This includes:
- Reviewing the claim information provided by the customer to determine if coverage is available
- Determining if the claim requires additional investigation or if it can be closed as filed by our customer
- Notifying customers about the status of their claims and providing them with updates throughout the process
