Every once in a while I get the urge to read dark romance books with pregnancy. Sometimes they’re suspenseful, sometimes they’re erotic. Sometimes they’re both! If you love dark romance books with pregnancy too, here are some of my favorites that you must check out:
The Virgin’s Deal
The Virgin’s Deal by Brenda Hampton is about a virgin who is forced to marry a billionaire. She’s trying to avoid having sex with him until she figures out some things in her life, but he’s determined to get his way.
- The book starts off as a marriage of convenience plot, then turns into an accidental pregnancy plot, and then becomes something else entirely (which I won’t give away).
Dark Obsession
In this book, a battered woman named Elle has been rescued by her ex-husband’s brother. She is pregnant and has finally found happiness with him. However, she still has nightmares about her ex-husband who abused her for years. The story follows their journey to find happiness together.
My Crazed, Beautiful Billionaire (Billionaire Bosses Book 9)
This book was published in 2018 and is a romance novel. It’s about a billionaire who falls in love with a woman who is pregnant, but he doesn’t know that she’s pregnant until after they’ve started dating.
The author of this book, Heather C. Leigh, has written many other stories that are similar to this one in which the main character falls for someone who has an unexpected secret or hidden purpose (like becoming pregnant).
Forced by the Biker (Forced Series Book 1)
Forced by the Biker is a book about a woman who is kidnapped by a biker gang. The leader of the biker gang forces her to marry him and she becomes pregnant with his baby. They fall in love and he rescues her from his own brother, who murdered his mother and sister when he was younger.
This Pain Can’t Last Forever (The Hunt for Empathy Book 2)
This is the second book in a series. I’ll get to that later. It tells the story of a woman who was kidnapped by a serial killer and held captive for months before escaping with her baby in tow.
