USPAP is the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. This 15-hour uspap course onlineprovides the mandatory annual training required by The Appraisal Foundation to satisfy the appraisal standards board. This 15-hour national uspap course online will cover topics such as definitions, terminology, and general standards, examples of report writing, an overview of client confidentiality and competency issues, rights and responsibilities, changing markets and changing conditions.
This required course covers the latest edition of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), is approved by the Appraiser Qualifications Board, and satisfies all state and federal requirements for USPAP training. 7-Hour National USPAP Update Course
7 Credit-Hour Appraisal CE Course
This course is designed to fulfill the requirements for licensed and certified appraisers who must complete a 7-hour USPAP Update Course every two years.
The course will present and explain the changes to USPAP and the rationale expressed by the ASB (Appraisal Standards Board) for the most recent round of revisions. Students will gain understanding regarding why, when and how changes are made to USPAP. The rationale and implementation of new regulations will be reinforced through case studies, illustrations and poll questions.

The 15-hour Personal Property Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) material is designed to aid appraisers in all areas of appraisal practice seeking competency in the USPAP. This course is intended to fulfill the USPAP requirement for credentialed membership levels within professional personal property appraisal organization and will be taught by an active Personal Property Appraiser.
This course focuses on the requirements for ethical behavior and competent performance by appraisers that are set forth in the USPAP. The course material emphasizes the role of the appraiser and the impartiality associated with this role. In addition to lectures, the course includes discussion examples that show how USPAP applies to situations that personal property appraisers encounter in everyday practice.

100% attendance is required. The exam will be given on the final day. Course materials need to be purchased in advance of the class.
