Good Universities With High Acceptance Rates

If you’re trying to get into a good college, then you have an uphill climb in front of you. You’ll need to ace every standardized test, fill out every single application, and attend every single college event in your area. But, it doesn’t have to be this way. There are ways to make your life easier, and the first is finding good universities with high acceptance rates.

You may know where you want to study and some of the courses that are on offer. However, you might want to consider some of these universities with high acceptance rates as a way of improving your chances of passing.

Many people feel intimidated by the idea of applying to an Ivy League school or other prestigious university, but if you’re an aspiring student and a high achiever, you should definitely consider your options. Even with challenging academic requirements, many of these schools have relatively high acceptance rates—so you shouldn’t feel scared off too quickly.

This list is based on Admission Rate and Median SAT/ACT Scores of the applicants. The admission rate of each college is calculated by the number of enrolled students divided by the number of total applicants, and then it is ranked from lowest to highest. The overall admission rates for each university are divided into three categories: highly selective, moderately selective, and not very selective.

Colleges That Are Easy To Get into but Good

Most of these colleges that are easy to get into but good are state institutions, but there are private religious colleges on the list as well, such as Jarvis Christian College and Wayland Baptist University. There are also private non-sectarian colleges, such as Wilmington University.

I didn’t include two-year colleges or for-profit colleges; however, both often have 100% admission rates. Keep in mind that community colleges (two-year colleges) can be a good option to get a low-cost education and offer the possibility of eventually transferring to a four-year college. In fact, many four-year state colleges will offer guaranteed admission from a community college if you fulfill certain requirements.

Note that some of these colleges are designated “open admission,” which means that they’ll offer admission to all applicants who meet their entrance requirements (usually minimal). This is different from colleges that accepted 100% of applicants last year but do not necessarily always do so; these colleges are at least nominally selective in nature.

You might want to consider attending a community college.
