I wouldn’t even send my kids here
Co-Teacher (Former Employee) – Round Rock, TX – March 2, 2021
This is by far the worst job. I cant stress enough the amount of favoritism that goes on here. If you are not on the right side of things you will not move up. Their whole “team and family” is not a real thing. People will step on you to get ahead of you, and you are told not to trust the people you work with. You will not work out here if you speak your mind and try to advocate for yourself. They will find ways to make your time there terrible until you quit or give you unrealistic goals or jobs so you fail and they find a reason to fire you. You are expected to do more work and not get paid for it, you will also be working hours than getting paid for. This place was awful, HR really needs to get a handle on things…oh wait they don’t care either. Please do yourself a favor and don’t work here. I wouldn’t even send my kids here.

Great company to work for
Co Teacher (Former Employee) – San Antonio, TX – December 31, 2018
You must be willing to put in work and time. This is a great organization but it definitely is not for everyone. You must be flexible and willing to implement feedback. This is not a place for teachers who just want to go to work and clock out, to be a good teacher you must put in hours after work and not do the bare minimum. If you believe in their mission and love to teach with no excuses then this is the place for you.
Pros
Paid year round, teachers are treated really well
Cons
hard work, fast paced

Very toxic place to work for,
Co-Teacher (Former Employee) – Weslaco, TX – October 5, 2018
The work environment is very hostile. Some of the staff (especially the admin) acted very unprofessional. I worked 12 hours a day and at times I had to clock out. The most enjoyable part of the job was leaving.

Cons
toxic people and long hours.
