Careers with progressive insurance
Like many other insurance companies before us, we measure success by the level of value we’re able to provide to our customers. After more than a century building relationships with customers and agents, we learned to adapt to their changing needs and to help them protect more of what matters most to them. Progressive is reinventing insurance by using technology to offer better value through personalized protection and assistance.
Our company is committed to supporting associates’ careers. We value the experience and knowledge of our associates, and support them when they are seeking new or expanded opportunities. Progressive provides an environment where our associates can grow professionally and develop the skills that will set them up for success in both the short and long term.
To sum things up, Progressive takes customer service very seriously and is dedicated to providing its customers with the best quality service possible.
