Boston Architectural College Campus
Boston Architectural College is a Specialty School offering degrees in fine arts and its related areas.
The campus of BAC is based on an acre of land and has many unique architectural details owing to its Design and Architectural Specialty.
Currently the college is revamping its campus properties to make them sustainable by making provisions for conserving rain water and powering the campus with a geothermal well.
The McCormick Gallery of the campus is accessible to the general public for free of cost. It features student’s work as well as themed spatial design exhibits.
No alcohol is permitted on the BAC Campus in any academic or non academic or professional setting.
Boston Architectural College Residence
BAC has no on-campus housing facility. But, it offers other housing options to all its freshmen especially the international students.
Other than these, there are many off-campus housing facilities available for international students.
Since most students at the BAC live off-campus, the programs and services are designed to help students in all ways possible.
The Office of Student Life (OSL) is a resource for the entire Boston Architectural College community—all current or future students, staff, and faculty.
BAC has partnered with Pine Manor College to provide for an ideal living situation for the first-time undergraduates, international students, and others.
Pine Manor college is in nearby Brookline, MA in Chestnut Hill, a quiet, safe, and elegant part of town.
The BAC is a thirty minute ride on the MBTA Green Line to the Hynes stop.
The residence hall is shared with approximately 30 other students.
The Halls have double and single rooms, both with a shared bathroom.
Accommodations are roomy enough for working on the assignments for design studios.
Students can select either 19 meals per week, including brunch and dinner on weekends, or opt for 10 meals per week with a credit towards their on-campus cafe.
A non-refundable housing deposit of 500 USD must be submitted in order to secure a room along with the application form.
