Banking industry has always been one of the most sought-after career options. Big big banks hire thousands of employees every year to fill up the vacancies in different departments such as: IT, Finance, Marketing, and Operations. As the demand is so high, you will be surprised to know that in 2016, these banks have hired around three lakh people throughout the year. The job market is getting even more competitive for job seekers, which makes it difficult for first-timers to choose a good bank which can provide them an entry level job.
