Study Content of the Foundation Course and Advanced Study Period

In the first two semesters basic knowledge of physics and electrical engineering are taught. That is why the students of both programmes Automation Technology and Power Engineering and Renewable Energies respectively  attend the same courses.

From the third semester all courses are exclusively in German. Apart from one subject the courses of the two study programmes are identical and are therefore attended by both groups of students. A first orientation in the focus of study is made in the fourth semester. By then, the students of both areas of study attend joint and separate subjects.
