The minimum requirement for the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) degree course is that you must have completed secondary school education. However, there are a few other requirements you should meet before you can apply for this degree program. These requirements include:

At least one of the science subjects should be biology. You can also complete your O-level studies abroad if it is recognized by Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB).

A minimum of 5 years experience in clinical medicine for undergraduate degree admissions for mature age students, who are at least 23 years old.
You can apply for the Bachelor in Clinical Medicine program if you are at least 23 years old. However, there is no maximum age requirement for admission to medical schools in Uganda.
