“Very easy to enroll and submit assignments etc. If you pay your tuition you will not have any problems… a very rewarding experience and will help me get a better job and promotion. I would definitely recommend this school to anyone wanting to pay for school with no debt.”

“I don’t understand all the bad reviews. I have had nothing but a great experience with Ashworth. Their customer service is always friendly, I never needed a textbook (they are all online), and I can finish the course quickly. I currently have 3 courses open and can complete them all within the next 2-3 months. You get a nice discount if you pay for the whole semester at once which I really like. The only bad thing I can say about them is that I still have not received the hard copy of my Associate’s Degree which I completed in November of last year. But after asking they have said they will send it out again and have called to verify my address. If you are able to study on your own and do not need encouragement or guidance, I would recommend Ashworth.”Alexis Avery

“I absolutely love Ashworth College. I earned a human resource associate in 2020, now I am enrolled in the business administration bachelor program. I cannot tell you enough how earning an associate has helped me in the workplace, it’s completely changed my life. The program is very challenging, filled with excellent lectures, videos and staff support, most importantly it is affordable. I recently lost my job due to covid and within 2 weeks I had multiple job offers, thank you Ashworth! I highly recommend this school, I am an actual student, currently enrolled.”BR

“I have an associate of criminal justice degree from this school. And that process was seamless! So this is a two-part review Recently I decided to go back for my bachelor’s in psychology. Due to the fact that the representative gave me the wrong student ID when she signed me up, the process was a nightmare! Ashworth canceled my program, I was on the phone daily and corresponding by email. Each person that I spoke with gave me a different answer and told me how sorry they were. Well since Ashworth canceled me I took that as a sign and I kept it canceled, while they tried to get me to pay for certain things like they tried to get me to pay back the discounts that they gave me, I said hell no! I did get my money back in full for the first semester. Now I’m not saying Ashworth is a terrible School, because I believe all schools can screw up because no one’s perfect. And I am a bit saddened that this happened. But it is what it is ,and I’m going somewhere else now. I’m writing this to let people know if you already have a degree with Ashworth and you want to go back for another degree with Ashworth, please make sure that they give you the same student ID that you had for your 1st degree program!! It’s the difference between a seamless process and a rocky process!!”Renee

“Hello, I’m a current Ashworth student, “I think” and for the longest, I hated this school. Because I thought online school was instructors teaching virtually, but it’s not at all. It’s all book, assay, and test. Ashworth has some great instructors but no one teaches at all.:( This school is all self-taught, Youtube University is what helped me. I finally got the hang of it. I believe I signed up for school in 2018 and now it’s 2021. I took a break from school in 2019 but started back in 2020 and Covid hit. I called them to cancel because I was not in the right state of mind to be taking classes for so many obvious reasons but they told me I would have to pay more money if I take a break. I didn’t know what to do but I didn’t do any school work that whole year. By 2021 I started back and doing great but I’ve been in school for four years and with Ashworth, they will drop you. So now, I feel hopeless now because I finally got in the swing of things and this is what happens.”Andre Gill

“My experience with Ashworth College is amazing. The ROI on my education is that of a great stature. As Warren Buffett informed, that it doesn’t matter what school you attend, the scholastic acumen is based on the individual, not the school. I thought that I wouldn’t be able to compete with a background of a non-elite school. The student makes the school, not the other way around.”bonnie

“I went on with my education, and I was able to transfer several credits earned with Ashworth to a regional accredited college with no problem. I work in social services as a substance abuse and mental health licensed counselor. I plan to go back to Ashworth and get my BA in psychology. Online learning is what the student makes of it .”Danica M

“I enrolled a long time ago, and I didn’t get a chance to graduate, but I had no problem finishing the program; back then, as soon as I enrolled, they sent me the book for the whole program ( if I’m not mistaken, it had been more than 24 years ago). I finished it within two months; the problem was, I lost my job, and I couldn’t pay anymore, so I abandon the program other than that they were a good school. I gave it four stars because the course was too easy for me.”Jacqueline Lopez

“I love Ashworth College! The lessons are excellent, easy to understand and easy to learn. I enjoyed the reading/lecture materials, all the material were relevant and clear. The professors provided me with excellent feedback on my essays, I learned so much! I strongly recommend Ashworth, I had a positive experience with the staff, billing, course work, professors were always accessible and willing to help. Thank you Ashworth! “I have no balance due. I have completed all exams and assignments also, all exams and assignments have been graded for almost 2 months now!!! I have not received a failing grade on any one of my exam’s or assignment’s (3.92 GPA). Ashworth still show’s me as 99% completed and is refusing to close out my FINAL Capstone course. Ashworth will not send me my MBA or my final transcript until this class closes. Even though all the assignment’s have been graded and I passed the Capstone course with a grade of 98%. I have called Ashworth’s TERRIBLE customer service representative’s multiple times and submitted about 20 tickets. Ashworth’s HORRIBLE representatives keep telling me that I have to wait and they cannot provide me with a resolution time or even a valid reason why they won’t graduate me. The last representative from Ashworth said “You have to wait for the final course to be closed, that’s it!” Talk about great customer service. Also, managers are never available when you call. The representative’s say they will have a manager call you, when one is available. I’ve yet to have a manager call me back!! You pay in full, complete all of the required work and Ashworth will still refuse to send you a diploma. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCHOOL!!!”Naomi

“I love this school. I left for a short time before Ashworth started offering Bachelor Degrees, and enrolled in a 4yr institution (yes I have been trying to get my degree that long). The other school was very expensive, and also required much more online time than I had time to give. The guidelines were very strict for someone that had a busy schedule. I was beyond happy when I re-enrolled at Ashworth. I lost a lot of credits through fault of my own, but I was able to quickly get my Associates. Had I not transferred I would have been getting my Bachelors instead of Associates. I lost alot by waiting so long to re-enroll, due to it being computer related classes. Ashworth has been great about working with me, and applying anything that they could dig out from my other studies. I am now not far from my Bachelors and am saddened that they are no longer offering the Masters. I only hope that I can find a school that is similar to Ashworth to get my Masters and Doctorate, but hey lets get one degree at a time, right. I would recommend this school to anyone that already has too much going in life. I would recommend it to anyone that has a disability as well. I have severe anxiety and it works so well for me. Blessings in your future endeavors all!!!”Melanie

“I signed up for the locksmith certification course Jan 25. The price was good but here’s the deal. This is a canned class that originated at Penn Foster ( I know this because my brother signed up with them and we compared the curriculum). There are no instructors or students to my knowledge as I’ve posted on the boards and have only just seen the first person post in weeks. The text is riddled with typos and even some plain wrong information (ie. they show a picture of a half diamond pick and called it a key extractor). I’m 45% done with the course already and have yet to receive any tools to finish my final from my first two sections. My recommendation is to spend the extra money on a course taught by an actual locksmith. This is my fault for trying to save a buck… lesson learned. I’ll probably have my license before this course even lets me finish. Let me see if I can say something positive. You will learn some things though some of the knowledge is outdated for modern locksmiths and after talking with another locksmith it will not help you pass the ALOA exam… Good luck… go somewhere else…. I’m stuck as I paid in full … ;-(“Bianca M

“I’m so happy I found this school on-line it has been a rewarding journey. I only have 3 classes left and ill be receiving my associates degree. This school is great for people who have a busy schedule, children, and any other obligations you might have you can work at your own pace. It took me a little under 2 years to complete school but I did take a few months off because of my pregnancy but it was all worth it. Anytime I had a problem or a course needed to be open the school helped me out asap. If I ever needed to call them I always got my question answered same day. I gave 4 stars because they could do a lot better with the teachers. Every course your teacher changes and sometimes it would go months without me hearing from a teacher but other than that this school was great and I definitely would pick this school for my bachelor’s degree.”Ang

“Like any school it has it’s pros and cons. Love being able to work around my schedule since my life is very busy. One downside is some of the instructors take a long time grading paper’s going over the maximum time allowed and when you submit a ticket about it that can take another 5 to 7 day’s so it really hinders a students progress. You will get instructors who are pretty good at grading on time so you can keep on track with your schedule, however you will also get the few bad apples who don’t have any regard to your academic success and time-line. I have had some instructors tell me they are grading paper’s that day and I don’t get mine back until a week later. My previous college professor’s where I achieved my AA never made the students wait that long.”Jeffrey

“As an older learner with specific needs, I can say that my experience with Ashworth College has been excellent. I have no major complaints and would recommend this school to others wholeheartedly. I started off thinking that I could get by without putting much effort into the classes, but soon found out that it requires the same amount of dedication that I had previously put into obtaining my Master’s Degree at a regionally accredited college. I was looking for extra credits to add to my Masters in Human Development and the Psychology Certificate at Ashworth gave me just what I needed. There were clutches in the system but the staff was there to assist me with those issues and each person I spoke with was very professional. I am now considering completing the Substance Abuse Diploma or maybe continue with an AA in Psychology.”Karen

“This is the best online school ever. For me the experience was great. I completed my Bachelor’s degree with this school and also my Master’s and the support given to me throughout my study was second to none. Their service is excellent. Once there is a problem I can call the school and get it sorted out. I would definitely recommend this school to anyone. The key to succeeding at this school is self discipline and perseverance. Once you are disciplined enough to push yourself to study, you can be successful. I thank God for the day I found this Noble online institution. Hats off to you Ashworth College.”WrightWay

“I don’t like this college I dont even know why they call themselves a college. If you want to switch a program you are basically screwed. I paid for the medical transcription program in full its only been 4 months since then. I wanted to switch to accounting they told me I would have to cancel my medical transcription program and that I could not get a refund for it and I would have to pay all over again to take a new program. This is just a business that takes your money and provides you with a very basic knowledge of the program that you wish to study. If you’re expecting anything other than that then you are screwed this isn’t a college, and from the other reviews I’m reading I might have a problem with taking my exam in my state. So I’m stuck with a program I dont really want can’t get a refund for it and now I might have a problem taking my exam very nice!”
