Get a Free Lesson from a Drawing Class
Drawing classes must be free to enroll. The only charge for taking the class should be your time and effort.
Drawing classes must have a free lesson that you can take as many times as you want, so that you can learn how to draw before paying for anything else. If there’s no free lesson, then it’s not a drawing class. It may just be an art school that wants money from people who don’t know better yet; those places are not drawing classes either!
Finally, drawing classes must be online because if they aren’t online then you won’t be able to take them at home on your computer or tablet device (unless they’re being held in person). And most importantly:
Drawing classes must teach anatomy because this is the foundation of all kinds of visual art – including illustration!

How to Draw Dragons in Colored Pencils
Dragon Anatomy
The first step in drawing dragons is to learn about the anatomy of these animals. Dragons are often portrayed with four legs, two large wings and a tail. However, this description doesn’t give enough information for you to draw one accurately. You’ll need to take a closer look at their body parts to make sure they’re drawn correctly.
Dragon Wings
Wings are one of the most distinctive features of a dragon’s body, so they should be drawn carefully and accurately if you want your artwork to look believable. To begin this process, pick up your pencils and lay down some light lines on the paper where you want each individual feather line (or “vein”) to go; then add some shading along those lines using darker colored pencils or pastel sticks until they become more pronounced than before! Once that step has been completed successfully by following these steps exactly as stated above: repeat over again with another layer of shading to create even more depth within your work…this will allow us both time later on when we come back together again so I show how well my lesson went over 🙂
The Complete Figure Drawing Course HD
The Complete Figure Drawing Course HD is an online course that teaches you how to draw the human figure in a step-by-step format. The course includes over 15 hours of video and audio, covering everything from proportions and anatomy to shading, crosshatching and rendering techniques.
The content covers:
- Proportions & Anatomy – Understanding the proportions of the human body from head to toe and how this relates to different poses. You will also learn about features such as hands, feet, facial features and more.
- Gesture Drawing – Learning how different parts of the body relate together while they are in motion with gestures. This section covers various types of poses including sitting down on chairs as well as standing up straight with arms at rest at their sides or crossed over one another (known as torsos). There are also some tips provided here on how best practice gesture drawing with different mediums including pencils vs charcoal vs pastels etc…
Unique Perspectives in Perspective Drawing for Artists
In this lesson, we will learn how to use perspective in drawing. We’ll look at some perspective drawing tips and tricks that can help you make your drawings pop!
Perspective is a way of creating depth within your artwork by using vanishing points and other geometric tools. It’s a great way to add visual interest to your drawings, but it does take some practice before you master it enough to draw from memory. Once you get the hang of it though, you’ll be able to create depth with ease… and no one will suspect that those mountains are actually flat pieces of paper!
Here are some great examples of drawing styles that use perspective:
- Pen & Ink Style Portrait Drawings – These portraits feature dramatic perspectives made possible by the artist’s use of line weight (thickness) on their outline drawings… kind of like using charcoal pencils instead! The result is an extremely lifelike portrayal which draws attention away from any errors created during construction because viewers focus more on what they see than how they see it.”
Experience the Joy of Drawing with Confidence
Drawing is a fantastic way to express yourself and discover your creativity, but it can also be a powerful form of meditation. Drawing helps you see things in a new way, and it can even help you make sense of the world around you.
What are some other reasons why drawing is important? Here’s what some other people say:
“Drawing is an art that allows me to relax.” – Michael Jackson (American singer)
“In my opinion, one of the most beautiful ways that I know how to do this [express myself] is through art.” – Barack Obama (44th president of the United States)
“The artistic process for me started with drawing.” – Kanye West (American rapper)
DRAWING FUNDAMENTALS R AT HOME, UNDERSTANDING LINE & FORM
Line and form are the building blocks of your drawing. You can’t have a composition without them, so it’s important to understand how they work.
Line is a mark made on paper or any other surface with a pencil, pen or brush. It can be thick or thin, straight or curved and its direction can be straight or diagonal—it all depends on where you make the mark and when you make it. Form is something that exists in three dimensions but we can only see two dimensions of it at any given time (frontal view). This means that if you want to draw an object accurately, then you need to understand perspective because this will help give depth and dimensionality to your work!
