The Physical Therapy program at Kean University is a two-year program with an accelerated option. This means that after completing the first year of PT courses, students can enroll in one of three advanced tracks: sports medicine physical therapy, orthopaedic physical therapy, or geriatrics physical therapy. The second year consists mostly of clinical rotations that allow students to gain hands-on experience working with patients in community settings.
Students interested in this program must have completed two years of college and be accepted into the university before applying for admission.
